購買門票需知：

• 球賽門票費用並不包括香港往返西班牙之機栗及球場之交通
• 球賽門票須於本公司全數預付訂購
• 所有球賽門票，一經確認後絕對不能因任何原因更改，轉讓或取消
• 為免郵寄遺失，特別安排門票於西班牙入住酒店收取，亦有部份於球場領取
• 球賽門票是按照門票所列位置盡安排，務求取得最佳位置，由於當地門票供應非常緊張，顧客不能因看台位置，角度，露天或視線受阻而要求取消或退款

THE VIP PANORAMIC MATCH TICKETS INCLUDE THE HOSPITALITY FROM 1:30H BEFORE THE KICK OFF, HALF TIME AND 1:00H AFTER THE MATCH.

• For all VIP tickets, there is a VIP lounge associated, this is a neutral zone and therefore fans cannot enter dressed in their team colors. It is not necessary to follow a strict dress code, but you are urged not to wear shorts, sports shirts, sports shoes. All seats are special padded seats with armrests located in the stadium.
  First access to the VIP lounge, where you will have foods & drinks:
  1h30 before the Kick Off
  15 minutes during the mid-game 
  1h after the end of the game 
  Each lounge has 
  -Hostess service.
  -Plasma TV screens.
  -Pre-match team line-ups.
  -Complimentary full hospitality with food and beverage.

  *Pairs option

  With that system they will allocate seats to our orders based on availability. Normally the system will allocate orders for 2 seats alongside each other, but there is an option that 2 seats may be connected as follows:

  *Seats together (or odd  seats)

  At this moment we cannot guarantee seating in triples anymore. When ordered a three, one of the above pair options will be provided with the third seat as close as possible. We will try to locate as close as possible together (or three in a row), but we only know what we receive from the club 24-48 before the match.
